The American Heartland Theatre's Privacy Policy is to provide information to the users of ahtkc.com regarding the data collected by ahtkc.com.

  Any information collected on ahtkc.com is through transaction initiated by the user. Users who wish to purchase tickets and gift certificates or who wish to join our email list or mailing list will be asked for all necessary information in order to complete that transaction. Information collected via ahtkc.com is not sold to other organizations.

• Stored Information
  Information provided by the user will be used for AHT contact information and promotional information. The user may opt out of any promotional use of this information by contacting either the office directly at 816-842-0202 or webmaster@ahtkc.com and providing sufficient information for removal of mailing lists and email lists.
  This information may be used by other organizations if they provide AHT with the information or mailing supplies and AHT sends the information to the user. The user information will not be available to the other organization.

  On the Our Links page, we have several external links that take you to other sites. These sites are usually related in some way to our theatre; however, they are not monitored by our staff and they do not necessarily contain information that is valid or portray the opinions of AHT.

• Legal Information
  Despite making every effort to ensure user privacy, we may need to provide personal information if required by law. AHT is not responsible for information obtained by super hackers that penetrate our defensive shields.
